  • The Counter-Movement Jump on bi-lateral force plates (one for each leg) is the most widely researched, least invasive, as well as the safest method to capture an athlete’s maximum capacity to generate and absorb force into the ground. 

    The beauty is in its simplicity. You jump as high as you can, as fast as you can, doing all this on state-of-the-art bi-lateral (one for each leg) force plates that compile hundreds of metrics for analysis in 3 max-effort jumps.

  • Higher Tactics pulls out hundreds of metrics to find key performance indicators (KPI'S) that help determine an athlete's assets and liabilities when producing force. These KPI's include:

    • Jump Height

    • Reactive Strength Index

    • Acceleration and Deceleration Force Potential

    • Imbalance between right and left legs

    • Injury Potential

    • Custom Metrics

  • Data will be compiled and contrasted between age, gender, sport, and experience to help the athlete determine where their strengths and weaknesses lie within force development.

    HOWEVER, data is ONLY powerful if it is actionable.

    What you do next with the information determines the impact it will have.

    Higher Tactics uses a 635 nm visible aiming laser method to capture accurate and consistent data. Every. Time.

    We typically test the following, but can adapt to ANY sport:

    40 or 60 Yard Sprint (3-5 splits)

  • With Higher Tactics state-of-the-art technology, we will produce the following metrics:

    • Reaction Time

    • Split Times (5-10 yd increments)
